Sec 4 Farewell + Chalet!

Hi all,
Okay, the chalet had been booked! Yay! Anyway the details are as follow:
Date: 4th January 2010- 5th January 2010( 2 Day 1 Night
Venue: Gold Kist Resort ( In east coast park Area D, Near bbq pit 42)
Time: Check-in time is around 3.30 p.m
Dress code: None! Wear whatever you want =)
Packing list:
- PE T-shirt( we are going CO after chalet =D)
- Instruments + Scores
- Toiletries
- Plastic Bags
- Swimming Trunks( if you are going swimming)
- $10 ( any additional amount if you are going to eat at McDonald/ KFC/ BK)
- Sleeping Bag
- Extra Clothings( Pajamas, undergarments, socks( above ankle!!) etc to last for 2 days)
- Medication ( If necessary)
- Snacks / Drinks ( Pot Luck)
- Ez-Link Card
Dinner for 4th January 2010 and breakfast for 5th January 2010 will be provided. Please note that this chalet+ Sec 4 Farewell is organised by the Executive Committee and both Exco and HCICO will not be responsible for any injuries or lost items. Try not to bring expensive items unless it is a necessity. We will be going straight to CO after the chalet so make sure that you bring along your Ez-Link Card. Thanks =)

Secondary 4 Farewell Chalet

WOOHOO! The Long-anticipated Secondary 4 Farewell Party-cum-chalet is finally here! The details are as follow:
Date: 4th January 2010( Monday)- 5th January 2010( Tuesday) [ 2 Day 1 Night]
Time: 3pm
Venue: East Coast Park Chalet ( Name yet to be confirmed)
Those who are coming for this Secondary 4 Farewell Party have to bring along $10 for the foods and drinks. Dinner will be provided( Barbeque!~~) and please bring along extra shirts and towels to change into. Furthermore, bring along PE Attire so that we can go to CO together the following day. Please do bring along extra cash if you are going to eat Macdonalds/ KFC or play LAN. Everyone is strongly encouraged to go for this party since its probably the last time we see the Sec 4s T_T.

- 25th December 2009 ( Christmas!)
- 1st January 2010 ( Happy New Year!)
