The elections are over and the results are already out! They are as follows:

We hope that the CO will give us the greatest support and cooperation, so that we can bring the CO to greater heights together!
We hope that the attitude of all the members can change for the better. I can't help but to notice many members coming for practices just for the attendance, and then just slack around and chat non-stop during practices... Then isn't there no point in coming for CO? Why not just go home and not waste your time here...? Come'on guys, let us bring the HCICO back to its former glory with passion and zest. Make yourself feel proud to be part of HCICO!!
There's also some other matters to address...
Since the commencement of our positions, EXCO have held many meetings and discussions, and we are all glad to find people who share concerns for the CO, and wish to improve it.
Firstly,
Remember 陈老师 and 指挥 mentioned about a competition in Genting? The EXCO had discussed with 陈老师 and he showed interest for participation in it, despite tight schedules of his and ours...
This is optional, however, so I am excited to see people who genuinely wants to help the HCICO sign up for this, work and train hard for it, and bring back the missing "荣誉"
Other than that, it will be good experience and exposure as we watch other orchestras perform... yup!
The details are that it falls on the 21-25 November this, and there will be some cost to it...
You can just google it, its called the 21st International Chinese Music Festival.
Secondly,
There is a CCA Appreciation Day at the end of the year. It falls on the 27th of October if I remembered it correctly, and will be held at Cheng Yi Auditorium.
It will be a combine concert of different performing arts groups from Hwa Chong, like the one two years ago if you can recall.
Last but definitely not the least,
We'll be having a concert next year!! The timing is not really confirmed yet, it will be either in January or March, somewhere there. To the alumni reading this, we should be asking many of you back to help us out!
